> The best - The hotel is very well located on Via Etnea for historical sites visits, shopping, entertainment, and its proximity to the main market. - The staff is very attentive, friendly, and helpful, including providing information on transportation and schedules to Syracuse and Taormina. - A small but clean and usefull gym. - Panoramic view from the rooftop ... but ... ⬇️ > The worst - Room on the 4th floor with a view of a drab facade, not very clean with stains on wall, worn furnutire, and smells in the bathroom. - The breakfast buffet not served on the rooftop overlooking Etna and Catania, but in a windowless room on the 1st floor with screens constantly showing the hotel chain's advertisements. - The reception areas have outdated and faned decor and furniture.
