The property was thoughtfully renovated in the 2000s to preserve its traditional architecture while introducing contemporary luxury amenities.
Today it operates as a 4-star hotel with 82 rooms, maintaining the character of its origins through whitewashed walls, original stonework, and expansive grounds that once sustained generations of farmers.
Such a lovely hotel. The pool area is pretty and very well maintained. The rooms are very spacious and pristine. The staff are super lovely. Great breakfast buffet and very good food in the restaurant also. The distance from town is offset by the ease of Uber for trips into Tavira or some of the otger pretty vilages such as Cachela Velha or Cabanas. The hotel also offers a free and regular bus service to both places also. There are lovely lounge areas in the garden in which to relax.
