About One&Only Palmilla
Palmilla opened in 1956, built by Don Abelardo Rodríguez on a headland between San José del Cabo and the Tourist Corridor, and it is the reason Los Cabos became a place people fly to for a wedding at all.
The small white chapel on the point dates from that first build.
It seats about 40 inside, and the terraces around it take 170 on the upper deck and 60 on the lower, which is how most couples use it: vows in the chapel doorway, drinks on the deck above the water.
Dinner moves to the beach or to one of the lawns, and the resort has six restaurants to draw a rehearsal dinner or a farewell brunch out of, including one from Jean-Georges Vongerichten.

Had dinner at Hoshi, it was definitely in the top three meals I’ve ever had. The staff was so wonderful, the sushi chef was amazing, bar staff was really friendly. Such a great experience.
