I cannot say enough good things about Elsa, MJ, and the entire Palms team! They were my first and best decision of the entire wedding. They made every creative vision I had in mind come to life, even better than I could have imagined. There was even a moment where I reached out in distress over an incorrect bill and Elsa made an international phone call to me immediately saying she’s already on it. They are top tier planners, extremely organized, and have great personalities to match, which made this whole experience so seamless and fun. I would highly recommend to any bride in Cabo to go with the Palms team. Best in Cabo

No. As a private estate rental, you have complete freedom to hire your own caterer, florist, photographer, and entertainment. Palms Weddings & Events coordinates logistics but doesn't impose vendor requirements.
What is the guest capacity?+
The property comfortably accommodates 20–150 guests depending on your setup, with flexible indoor and outdoor configurations across multiple levels.
What's included in the rental?+
Estate access, full kitchen use, professional event coordination, tables, chairs, basic lighting, and sound system. Additional services like catering, florals, and entertainment are arranged separately per your preferences.
Is the venue close to Cabo San Lucas activities?+
Yes. Located in El Tezal, the estate is 10–15 minutes by car from downtown Cabo San Lucas restaurants, water sports, and nightlife, while maintaining privacy and natural seclusion.
