We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is very quiet compared to the busy city center, which made our stay very relaxing, yet it was still easy to reach the center thanks to the helpful directions provided by the staff. The staff were extremely kind and welcoming, and we truly appreciated the complimentary room upgrade from a standard room to a premium one with view. The room size was excellent and very comfortable. Everyone working at the hotel was cooperative and friendly, and they gave us great recommendations for nice places to eat. We booked the room with breakfast, and the breakfast was varied and well-organized, with halal food options available. The breakfast team was exceptionally helpful and attentive, especially Elena, Tahani, and Mame — they really made our mornings pleasant. Overall, everything was excellent, and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Venice.
