The Nhow is a very nice hotel with pros and cons. We stayed in the basic room which was nicely designed; quiet, dark bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The bathroom felt exposed to the room, with only a door for the toilet, not the entire bathroom. There was not a place to open our suitcases and only a small area to put our clothes, so an extended stay of more than a few nights was hard. The location was not very good. 15min walk to metro, and the restaurants on the Navigli get tiresome with people always trying to get you to come in. Reception was fine, but not overly friendly or helpful. Breakfast was excellent; clean, good selection of food and good quality. The rooftop pool is fantastic. Really refreshing after a long day of sightseeing. The €20 cocktails and €10 soft drinks is an inexcusable amount of money to charge guests., especially when the restaurants below are charging €7. We made the mistake once, and then brought up our own drinks. Tricky to say if I would stay there again; it was very far from city centre, so difficult to see more of the city, but the rooftop pool really made us feel like we were in a resort and on a sunny vacation.
