We loved this hotel, when you first arrive it seems like you are in the middle of nowhere, however once you find the layout of Venice the hotel is in a great position - if you don’t mind walking 10mins. Close to water taxis from the airport circa 5mins, train station is approx 10mins walk. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms are great, typical Venetian style decor. Warm and cosy. Couple of nice wine bars locally, see picture, and the Prosecco is amazing at circa 4euros a glass. Enjoyed the place and would return.
