The location is absolutely perfect – the lake view is simply breathtaking and feels unreal. We were kindly upgraded to one of the luxury rooms with a balcony, and the view over Lake Como was nothing short of magical. The room itself was flawless – perfectly sized, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. The bathroom was smartly planned and luxurious, featuring underfloor heating and a high-end bidet, which added a special touch to the overall experience. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional service. The hotel staff went above and beyond in every possible way. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine, and on the day of our marriage proposal at Lake Como, the hotel surprised us with a delicious cake in our room – a gesture that deeply moved us and made the moment even more special. The breakfast deserves a special mention – hands down the best hotel breakfast we have ever had, not only compared to other hotels but in general. Fresh, delicious, beautifully presented, and simply outstanding. This trip was planned specifically for a proposal, and MUSA Lago di Como turned out to be the perfect hotel for such a meaningful moment – the atmosphere, hospitality, and attention to detail were beyond anything we could have imagined. Even at check-out, the hotel surprised us with a gift bag, which was the perfect ending to an unforgettable stay and left us already wanting to come back.
