The view, location and dedicated parking is what gave this place the 4 stars. Otherwise, (1) the A/C barely worked, even set at the lowest temperature; (2) the "breakfast included" is nice, if someone had actually been there to let the delivery people in to actually deliver the breakfast. Instead, we got breakfast later than requested because the delibery person couldnt get in.
