BEST hotel of our trip through Europe. Customer service was absolutely top notch, Valentina (manager?) saved our plans in the area and went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. Location, as well, can not be better. It is waterfront and also has the ferry docking right in front of it. We had the best time here and will recommend this hotel to everyone we know.
