Our stay at Monti Palace was incredible. We worked with Laura for a room block for our small wedding and she was very helpful and accommodating with us. From when we checked in and checked out, all of the staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms and bathrooms were super clean and the AC and water pressure were amazing. We took advantage of the complimentary breakfast and it always was fresh and delicious. It's very centrally located too so it made coming back to the hotel in between exploring super convenient. They also graciously helped one of my wedding guests get a ride (and helped with translation) from the airport and also leaving the hotel when they checked out. Thank you Monti Palace for making our first time in Rome so memorable, we'll be back!
