I had such a wonderful stay at this intimate boutique hotel, the staff were so lovely and couldn’t do enough to help you, giving advice on restaurants and navigating around Rome. It was my birthday and when I returned to my room in the evening I was pleasantly surprised to find balloons, a banner and cheesecake and candles set up. This was a touching gesture, which I really appreciated. A special shout out to Raffo, Colorado and Giaucug for their exceptional service, we’ll be returning when the weather gets better!
