Modern Luxury Hotel occupies a restored 1970s commercial building in Thessaloniki's Egnatia district, reimagined as a contemporary hospitality destination.
The structure underwent extensive renovation in 2018, preserving its architectural bones while introducing sleek interiors, floor-to-ceiling windows, and state-of-the-art event facilities.
Located on one of Greece's most significant thoroughfares, the hotel serves as a sophisticated urban venue for celebrations of 20–150 guests.
very clean room, a bit small but not unmanageably so. the bathroom has a frosted glass door so does not provide the most privacy and the shower itself was small. the hotel is at a very busy street so there was noise throughout the night. the staff were polite and helpful, breakfast was ok. parking is a problem, the hotel does not have a parking lot and finding space in the street is not guaranteed. there was a parking lot around 200m from the hotel which was 18 euros for one night.
