The building underwent extensive renovation to preserve its original architectural details while introducing modern luxury amenities, creating a sophisticated venue where early-20th-century elegance meets contemporary hospitality.
Located on Episkopou Amvrosiou Street, this intimate hotel serves as both accommodation and celebration space for discerning couples.
We booked the Blue Bottle trusting the reviews for the hotel but were bitterly disappointed. The 17 square meter double room was too small with nowhere to unpack, no shelving, no cupboards and one ricketty table. The first receptionist who booked us in was apathetic, a far cry from the ones mentioned in the reviews. Finally the breakfast service was glacial. All the other guests were looking around like us to see where the waitress was and why the service was so slow. The waitress completely forgot the poor man behind us who sat for twenty minutes waiting for an order that didn't arrive. OK so it's quirky and well situated but so are many other hotels in this area of Thessaloniki. Sorry Blue Bottle but you really must to try harder.
