My review is for what matters to yacht owners. The best marina in Indonesia to leave your boat. Full stop. It’s a cyclone hole so it will be safe. Ours stayed about six months during wet season and about two months without any crew on board. The monthly rate is very reasonable. You have to add drinking water separately but when you do the numbers, electricity + drinking water to fill the tanks + berth price the price is cheaper than most other marinas for an incredible hands on service for anything from airport transfers to groceries in Mataram to motorcycle rental to laundry (hand wash or machine) and best of all they have an amazing restaurant and for me personally the best Nasi Goreng in Indonesia :) The owner is very talented and arranged a shaft change with the tide on the beach beside. Only that was a huge money saver as no crane or lift involved. Then he personally helped us to change the straps of the tender lift. And so many things! They are amazing. The downside is the marina is victim of its success and you might have to book early to asure you get a berth. For the six months our boat was there it was full. Just make sure to book well in advance!

The entire Marina del Rey Staff are incredible and welcoming! The facilities are incredible by far the nicest Marina we used in Indonesia. James is an amazing marina manager and couldn’t be more professional and helpful. We left the boat under the care of the staff for several months and returned to the boat being cleaner and running better than ever. Can’t thank James and crew enough absolutely incredible experience with these guys! 10/10 recommend
