The 4-star property in Mutigny offers 42 rooms, allowing most attendees to stay where celebrations happen, eliminating coordination across multiple hotels.

Spa facilities and a restaurant round out the all-in-one infrastructure.

A lovely hotel with significant room for improvement. The location in Mutigny is beautiful. From here, Épernay and the key Grand Cru villages can be reached in under 20 minutes, and you can enjoy not only the vineyards but also the nearby national park. The facilities are of high quality and feel very new, both in the rooms and in the lounge and restaurant. The three saunas are excellent, and the outdoor pool is also very nice. Unfortunately, the spa is poorly managed. Two of the four showers were not working and were not repaired during our eight-day stay. The water for sauna infusions in the Finnish sauna and the sanarium was never refilled during that time. Small but thoughtful touches such as crushed ice or a cold plunge shower are missing. We had to request fresh towels each time at the spa reception, which was rarely staffed. There is no relaxation room, and due to the very loud ventilation system, it is difficult to relax without headphones. The bottle prices for wine in the restaurant and bar are extremely high. We are happy to pay a certain premium for the ambiance, but the pricing of the prestige Champagnes in particular was discouraging for wine lovers (e.g., Ruinart Blanc de Blancs at €265 or Krug Grande Cuvée at €580). Many other beverage prices were also excessive (for example, €6 for a 0.25 l draft beer). The cuisine, however, was very good and the food prices were reasonable. As the wines by the glass were fairly priced, we did enjoy several pleasant evenings in the restaurant. Breakfast was also very good, except for the egg dishes. Service was consistently friendly throughout the hotel as well as in the restaurant and bar. In the spa, however, we never actually saw a staff member. Many of the younger employees seemed quite inflexible and adhered strictly to hotel rules. We had asked to sit at our favorite table in the restaurant on our last evening, but unfortunately this was not possible. Overall, we enjoyed our stay because of the wonderful views, the excellent saunas, the pool, and the good cuisine. However, we find it disappointing that a “Wine & Spa” hotel does not fully take these two key aspects seriously and manages both the spa and the wine list rather poorly. These issues could be addressed quite easily, and we sincerely hope the hotel will make better use of its potential in the future.
