I booked this hotel for a work trip with some clients. We couldn’t book Les Haras as it was full but this seemed good from our research. Upon arriving we realised this was a huge mistake. The hotel looks like a French Ibis il be honest. The staff were extremely rude (except Shaima, she was lovely to us all) but the two older gents were clueless and rude. The air con didn’t work, the showers didn’t go hot. There was one iron to share across the hotel (9 of us on this trip all needed the iron). To make all this worse, after the cleaners came in I noticed my ring had gone missing and so did some euros. I contacted Xavier and he completely dismissed me and done nothing to help. I will be doing everything in my power to ensure people stop booking at this hotel as it’s not safe for your belongings and it’s an awful stay to say the least
