This is to express how impressed me and my entire family are by this hotel and mostly by its amazing staff. We had an extraordinary situation as our child got ill just on the day of arrival and we couldn't travel. Paul Legrand and his team reacted promptly on our very last minute request to cancel one of the rooms of our reservation although our rate was non refundable! Paul and his team showed great understanding, extraordinary service, compassion and above all humanity towards our entire family. This is nowadays rare to find and we are glad that there are still people in the hospitality business that are so professional and well trained for the job they are performing. The rest of our family stayed in the hotel for a week over Christmas and they felt at home with a cozy atmosphere and extremely kind people around them. The hotel is in a perfect quite and family friendly locations with nice parks, restaurants, bakeries around. This is the place to be in Paris and we will be back at Le Parchamp for sure soon and not just once! Keep doing what you do in the best possible way - this is true hospitality!
