This hotel is an absolute scam. They don’t have hot water and the lifts are super small that you can’t fit a full luggage in it. Unfortunately, when you tell the staff about this and how the room does not have hot water, which is very basic they don’t cooperate with you. They don’t even provide a full name while these people ask you for all sort of IDs when you get there. Mae was on the front desk and was super responsible. She was not willing to call her manager or help with anything. I will get my refund to my credit card, but it’s the matter of how well-behaved these people are trained. The manager name is Lulu nowhere to be found. Oh, and the parking situation in this place is a scam. There is no parking. They’re three spots so good luck.
