Sisters Beatrice and Margherita Ramella restored the manor, granaries and stables around the central courtyard into a boutique resort and still run it hands-on; the family chapel of San Guglielmo anchors the courtyard, and the equestrian heritage survives — riding the estate trails is the signature guest morning.
Receptions move from the rustic Granaio to the Orangerie to open lawns under the olives.
