Sisters Beatrice and Margherita Ramella restored the manor, granaries and stables around the central courtyard into a boutique resort and still run it hands-on; the family chapel of San Guglielmo anchors the courtyard, and the equestrian heritage survives, riding the estate trails is the signature guest morning.
Receptions move from the rustic Granaio to the Orangerie to open lawns under the olives.
