Generally a good hotel however let down considerably by the spa experience. It’s tiny; just a small hot tub and a steam sauna. The steam sauna was what stuck with us. Upon entering it smelt profoundly of sweat, and was barely warm. Upon exiting it we read 45°C. Not warm at all warm enough to satisfy. We exited the sauna and went to the hot tub, which felt warmer, but was a little cloudy. Made you feel like it was recycled water that hadn’t been cleaned for a while. To top it off, the changing room was barely a changing room— it seems they expect you to arrive ready. The shower room had a dirty floor. The spa was self-service with a need to book a slot— something the hotel did not warn us about. All in all, a good hotel but as something that is literally named as “hotel and spa” I have to reduce its grade based on the lacklustre spa experience
