I stayed at this hotel with my son over New Year in Paris and had a wonderful experience. We arrived at the hotel at 7 a.m. just to leave our luggage, but the manager kindly checked us in early, even though the official check-in time was 3 p.m. This was a huge help after an early arrival. The breakfasts were excellent and varied, with attentive and polite waiters. I would also like to highlight the professionalism of the staff: I quickly received a refund of the city tax that I had mistakenly paid after check-out. The hotel has a great location, very close to the metro, which made getting around Paris easy and convenient. I highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.
