The ceremony space, reception hall, cocktail terrace, tables, chairs, linens, and basic lighting. Catering, florals, photography, and music are separately quoted based on guest count and preferences.

Can we bring our own caterer?

Karakasis Events offers preferred in-house catering, but external catering requests are reviewed case-by-case. A kitchen-use fee applies if you opt for outside vendors.

Is accommodation available on-site?

The estate does not have guest rooms, but Karakasis maintains partnerships with 12+ nearby hotels and villas within a 5–15 minute drive, offering group rates for wedding parties.

What is the cancellation policy?

Standard cancellation terms: 50% venue fee refunded if cancelled 90+ days prior; 25% refunded 45–89 days prior; no refund within 45 days. Event insurance is recommended.

Is the venue suitable for winter weddings?

Yes. The indoor reception hall is heated and fully enclosed. Outdoor spaces are exposed, so winter ceremonies typically use the covered terrace or move inside.
