This restored Cycladic property features original stone architecture dating to the 1920s, combined with modern event infrastructure that handles everything from intimate ceremonies to 150-guest receptions without requiring external vendors.
The estate's 2-hectare grounds eliminate the need for additional venue fees or location scouting.
Only Vasilis, Katerina and their team could have made our wedding this perfect! We worked for them for over 1,5 years to make our dream greek destination wedding come to life. They were truly with us every step of the way while planning and adapted to our wishes, budget and overall vision in the most seamless way. During our wedding weekend, they helped with EVERYTHING. Coordinating guest trasportation, hotel logistics, catering, any special requests a guest might have - they were on it. The wedding itself was beautiful and magical and would have never been the same without their deep knowledge of the Island (they showed us locations that never showed up in our own research), and expertise working with local vendors. It was truly one of the most magical experiences of our lives - we are forever grateful to you!

What is included in the venue rental fee?+
The ceremony space, reception hall, cocktail terrace, tables, chairs, linens, and basic lighting. Catering, florals, photography, and music are separately quoted based on guest count and preferences.
Can we bring our own caterer?+
Karakasis Events offers preferred in-house catering, but external catering requests are reviewed case-by-case. A kitchen-use fee applies if you opt for outside vendors.
Is accommodation available on-site?+
The estate does not have guest rooms, but Karakasis maintains partnerships with 12+ nearby hotels and villas within a 5–15 minute drive, offering group rates for wedding parties.
What is the cancellation policy?+
Standard cancellation terms: 50% venue fee refunded if cancelled 90+ days prior; 25% refunded 45–89 days prior; no refund within 45 days. Event insurance is recommended.
Is the venue suitable for winter weddings?+
Yes. The indoor reception hall is heated and fully enclosed. Outdoor spaces are exposed, so winter ceremonies typically use the covered terrace or move inside.
