Our stay at the Katikies Chromata was wonderful. The service is excellent and they make you feel very taken care of. Well appointed and comfortable rooms. The complimentary breakfast was a high point - incredible food! We also had drinks one evening and they were very good. The staff is wonderful from Alex at the front desk to Zestomi helping with the bags at check in and check out. The pool area is also nice for a relaxing morning or afternoon. You won’t be disappointed by the views of the caldera and this lovely hotel.
