I booked this hotel to celebrate my birthday, and it was also my mum’s first time visiting Greece, so this trip was really special for us; and the hotel made it even more memorable. From the start, the communication before our stay was excellent. We paid extra to upgrade to a junior suite, and the team was helpful, responsive, and made everything feel easy and well organized. When we arrived, we were warmly greeted by staff and served welcome drinks, which was such a lovely touch after traveling. We got there around 1pm and were pleasantly surprised that our room was already ready. We were then taken to our room by buggy, which felt like a luxury experience in itself. Our corner suite was absolutely phenomenal; spacious, beautifully designed, and worth every bit of the upgrade. I’ll be adding photos because the view really speaks for itself. Even more impressive was the fact that the hotel had only opened the week before we arrived, yet everything ran perfectly and felt polished. I genuinely haven’t stopped recommending this resort since we got back, and I’ll definitely be returning later this year. Thank you to the whole team for making my birthday and my mum’s first trip to Greece so unforgettable.
