I spent a great ten nights in February 2026. The hotel was new, modern, clean, and well-run by a young Greek and English-speaking team. If you are looking for a big "Intercontinental Hotel" type of luxury experience this may not be the place for you. If you want a small family-run, modern inn, located in a more off-beat neighborhood with pubs and restaurants frequented by locals as well as tourists then Ivis 4 is the place for you. I had a two-room suite on the third floor. I was originally traveling with an unrelated friend, and we wanted the extra space/privacy. My friend canceled due to illness, so I had the suite by myself. It was essentially two regular rooms combined into one. The terrace was huge. One problem was unreliable internet in the neighborhood. I noticed no issues for the first seven days, but on day eight the internet was down for some hours. It came back up but went down again. For the next two days I could not connect. The problem appeared to be with the network outside of the hotel and beyond their control. I successfully used my phone hotspot as an alternative.
