This 12-room boutique hotel occupies a restored 18th-century palazzo in Ragusa Ibla, the baroque heart of a UNESCO World Heritage town 250 meters above sea level.

Intervallo Boutique Hotel is superb. Location is inside the heart of Ragusa-Ibla. Just be a bit thoughtful with your luggage as you need to conquer 40-50 stairs. But then you are in a super charming place. The rooms are very well and modern designed. But the best is the host, Vincenzo. He was so helpful and one of the highlights is the breakfast we enjoyed on the rooftop terrace. The breakfast is a hand picked selection of local goodies like fresh ricotta cheese, onion jam and many other culinary gems form the area. Vincenzo makes the different between an owner passion full managed boutique hotel and your typical big hotel chains.
