Nice stay overall. The staff were very friendly and super responsive. We were traveling with a baby — they quickly provided a baby cot and high chair. The atmosphere is warm and family-friendly. The hotel is old, rooms are basic with outdated furniture — not really 4-star standard. The pool is lovely with nice natural views. Location is a bit far (35 min drive to Portofino), but it’s a good value option for visiting the area. The restaurant was surprisingly good, and they delivered our lunch to the room.
