Location was absolutely incredible, the hotel was beautiful and had everything you need. The bell hops were absolutely wonderful and helpful throughout the duration of the trip - the front desk while helpful was incredibly curt. Food on premise was delicious including a pretty decent breakfast spread. As is typical with Italian service it was slow and they were not overly helpful. We had a stroller with us and it wasn't the most stroller friendly location so keep that in mind. That being said, the location is unmatched - the rooms are lovely (although some features did not work in our room - ie the jacuzzi tub) and the view is to die for. We had an incredible trip there and would absolutely return.

I loved my stay at this hotel! Camogli is a gem and so is the hotel. Beautiful spaces & rooms, but nothing beats the view, location and private beach. While tucked away on one end of Camogli, the rest of the town is just a few-minute walk away. I didn't have a pool or ocean view, which was due to an already full hotel, but my room was lovely. I can imagine springing for a room with a sea view would have made it all the better. The absolute best part of this hotel is the private beach and the service you receive at the pool & beach. Be sure to take an aperitivo on the terrace and enjoy a coffee by the pool, but I suggest spending any time not exploring the town on the beach. The lifeguards offered the best service of anyone at the hotel, 5 stars for sure. Kind, helpful & always went above and beyond to make my afternoons at the beach perfect. I gave 4 stars for service as the same can't be said for the front desk. Minimal engagement from them and seemed slightly annoyed at having to deal with guests. With such great service elsewhere at the hotel, it was more noticeable. All around excellent service would really elevate the experience here.

This hotel is an absolute must for your stay in Camogli. It is a large and beautifully well-kept property. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful with making arrangements with boating charters, finding us a local photographer (thanks Paola), and making dinner reservations all before we even arrived. The food from breakfast to dinner was delicious. It is located one street down from the train station (there's even a lift down!). We had a room with a terrace by the pool and it was wonderful. If we are ever back in Camogli, we would definitely stay there again. It was perfect.
