This hotel is great! Everyone has been SOOO nice and friendly! Diana at the front desk was very helpful and guided us on taking the train, and walking along the ocean walkway. The gentleman at the breakfast buffet was awesome. The service he provided is second to none AND he spoke French! We visited the bar twice (so far) and Fernando makes the best drinks! He served us some of the best espresso martinis we’ve had, and we’ve had a lot (😳) …obrigado Fernando! Estoril is lovely, a short train ride to Lisbon (very easy), a short walk along the oceanfront to Cascais (worth it). Every staff member we interacted with treated us like royalty. I would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at Vila Galé Estoril Hotel was extremely pleasant and met all our expectations. Special praise goes to the reception staff, Elsi and Diogo, who were exceptionally kind, professional, and always willing to help. We would also like to commend the restaurant floor manager for the excellent organization and warm approach. The hotel’s location is excellent, close to everything, and the rooms are tidy, clean, and comfortable. Special thanks to the housekeeping staff, who did an impeccable job and paid great attention to detail. The only small remark would be that some minor aesthetic details in the rooms could be refreshed to make the experience a perfect 5+. Breakfast was abundant, tasty, and varied, with a wide selection to suit all tastes. The restaurant staff were quick, friendly, and very professional. Went to the bar (wasn't staying at the hotel on this occasion but have done in the past) fantastic hotel, the staff are friendly and very helpful. At the bar tonight we were served by Fernando, and he knows what he is doing!! The sangria was delicious, best so far on our trip and the cocktails we had were also lovely (highly recommend the Villa gale night and day cocktail) He is very patient (needs to be with us 😆) and loved chatting with him.
