There are so many great things about this hotel—not just the location (which really is incredible), but the very hospitable staff. My room was always cleaned when requested, especially because of sandy beach days, and I found the bed and pillows quite comfortable. The hotel also arranged an airport pickup and drop-off for me at a fair price. My only issue was the soundproofing—from my room, I could hear conversations at the front desk, in the room next to me, and the room above me. As a light sleeper, this was rather challenging. But the quality otherwise was excellent, and I appreciated the helpful, friendly staff.
