I stayed with my sister for a night. The hotel is very well located in the city centre. Public spaces are well decorated but need some improvements to make them more welcoming. Receptionist was nice, welcoming and efficient. Room was basic - beds were good but overall no charm and very basic amenities. It was very cold even with the heater and having raised the room temperature. Pool was cold and room was also very cold. Jacuzzi was good and warm enough. The gym was small but ok. Breakfast was good with not so many choices but good quality, however the waitress / person in charge was very cold and almost rude while talking to guests. Overall, the experience was good but I was expecting better. It needs more attention to details et some improvements.
