NOONE picks up the phone. Transfer does NOT arrive. Reception are LIERS! Reception is INCOMPETENT! Reception is asking for Personal Data via public speaker for EVERYONE to hear! SItuation: we have arrived to Terminal 2 of Marseille airport. Have been calling the reception to understand the Transfer terms for 20 min straight. Noone picked up. while we were standing in the cold! then receptionist A. picked up and advised us to go to a special place to push a button to call for a transfer. We went and did so. we were told to wait 2 min. after 15 min we pushed the button again. and A. was asking me to give my Full Name! while we are talking via the public machine, surrounded by a crowd of people waiting for other Transfers to arrive! we gave the name of the reservation and he simply droped the line! tryed calling again (via pushing the button) - he picked up, told us to wait and dropped again!!! I have recorded that as a video, if needed. after that my husband was calling by phone and after 5 min of different attempts, A. picked up and advised that we need to wait another 15 min. in 20 min NO Transfer arrived and we went by foot. Unacceptable!!! There is also NO information on the website on how the transfer operates (how to call the transfer, where to go etc). The room: the bed and linens smelled like cigarettes or smoke. We could not open the window, as someone was smoking. the AC is not working for cooling. it was an AWFUL NIGHT! I tried calling ALL ACCOR Customer Care and there was noone available NEITHER! It's an AWFUL experience!!! I am extremely disapointed in you!!!
