Originally constructed as a residential building, it was transformed into a hotel to serve artists and patrons attending performances, retaining its period charm through meticulous restoration.
Today, the property offers intimate wedding ceremonies and receptions within one of Venice's most culturally significant neighborhoods.
What a lovely architectural design and wonderful atmosphere this cozy place offers. The antique-style interior made me enjoy using the stairs quite often. Not only because of the beauty of Venice, but also because of the superb hospitality of the hotel staff, my stay was truly memorable. Although I stayed in a small single room, it was more than sufficient for a solo traveler. The breakfast was delightful as well. If you have large or heavy luggage, I recommend taking a water taxi from Santa Lucia Station to S. Angelo port. It'll be less than 10 min slow walk to the hotel. It was very kind of the staff to inform me that I could leave my suitcase at the hotel before the check-in time. The superb location!!!
