We had a wonderful stay and truly felt extremely well taken care of from start to finish. Every single detail is thoughtfully curated and the level of attention throughout the hotel is impressive. The staff is highly professional, warm and genuinely prepared, making the experience feel effortless and refined. The overall quality of everything, from the rooms to the services, is at a very high standard. I also had the chance to try the SPA this morning and enjoyed a massage that felt exactly like being in a specialized wellness center. The level of expertise and care was exceptional and absolutely worth it. The location is perfect, right in the very heart of Florence, incredibly convenient for exploring the city while still offering a calm and elegant retreat. I would highly recommend this hotel both for short weekend stays and for longer city breaks. Truly deserving of five stars.
