Nolinski brings their Parisian trademark to Venice while keeping the focus on the Venetian roots and preserving the region's historical significance, as the hotel is the old stock exchange. The location is on the Rodeo Drive of Venice while being discreet on the outside and opulent for its guests inside. The service from Silvania and Matteo was outstanding; they understand the needs of the guests and make you feel as though you are their guests at a palazzo. The restaurant on-site is excellent, which makes it peaceful after a long day out to come back and just go upstairs. The water can be an obstacle arriving from the airport and back, yet the concierge team and Tommaso deliver and handle everything flawlessly! The details are what separate a hotel at this level, and Piero, the GM, understands the attention to detail his guests expect and delivers.

This is easily one of the nicest places that I’ve ever stayed. The rooms are extremely nice as is all of the decor and the bar which is very bougie. The staff goes above and beyond for every possible need that you might have an example of this is we had family with us and we needed help getting bags from the boat to the hotel in our family was actually staying in another hotel nearby and they sent multiple people from the hotel to help everyone get to where they needed to go. The Concierge staff is very thoughtful and caring in their communication and feedback. It’s a unique building with a lot of historic charm and a wonderful place to stay in Venice. If you were looking for a high-end hotel in Venice, this is where I would suggest anyone.

Amazing hotel! The breakfast was absolutely incredible, everything was unbelievably fresh and full of flavor. The service is on the highest level, professional, attentive, and always with a smile. I’d like to give special thanks to Raffaele and Matteo, two outstanding staff members whose exceptional service went above and beyond. They truly elevated our stay to another level – the hotel is lucky to have them! As someone with a dust allergy, I was deeply impressed by the staff’s care and consideration. Everything was handled with such attention and thoughtfulness. In short – an amazing experience! Highly recommended ❤️
