The view is truly beautiful. The restaurant, the food, and the staff are very good and friendly. The price is fair; however, several important points were disappointing. On the hotel’s website and on Booking.com, there is no information stating that charging an electric car costs an additional €30 (although, after I asked, the staff allowed me to charge the car for free). I drove 4 hours to enjoy a wellness day and relax, but the wellness area was not working. The jacuzzi was under construction, and I couldn’t even see it. There was also no information on Booking.com that the hotel was undergoing construction or that the sauna is exclusive to guests staying on the 5th floor, specifically for certain rooms only. Additionally, the TV in the room did not work, and the room cleaning was not satisfactory. The main reason for my stay was to take a break from daily life, relax, and reconnect my energy. Unfortunately, due to these issues, this was not possible.
