I stayed at this hotel and unfortunately my experience was far below expectations. Pros: • Beautiful garden and pleasant surroundings. • Large panoramic windows. Cons: My main issues were with the service and the overall organization. • Breakfast was very disappointing: the space was tiny, there wasn’t enough food for all guests, and everyone had to prepare their own coffee, which created constant lines near the machine. There was no milk available, the fruit was rotten, and there were no vegetables at all. • In-room equipment didn’t work properly — it was impossible to adjust the TV volume because the remote control was broken. • Communication with the staff left a very unpleasant impression. When I was checking out, I was actually scolded for posting an honest review on Booking. I was spoken to in a way that felt disrespectful and unprofessional, as if I had done something wrong by sharing my experience. No guest should be treated like that. I expected a much higher level of service and hospitality from a hotel in this category. I hope this review helps future guests and encourages the hotel to improve its standards.
