What a beautiful and perfect hotel for our 10 night stay in Chioggia with views of the lagoon and historic buildings. When we arrived we were informed that the room may be smaller than expected but if needed they could make some changes in the days to come. Whilst the room is slightly smaller it did not impact our stay - lots of room to move around, store our luggage and a very comfortable bed. From the striking decor to the immaculately cleaned rooms, this hotel offers exceptional service. As soon as you arrive you are greeted with the hotel receptionists or manager. They were helpful at all times even taking the time to assist us in renting a car and calling for a cab to the airport. The service from all teams within the hotel has exceed all expectations. The food was delicious and served by knowledgeable staff. Based on all of the above, I cannot wait to make my way back to Chioggia and stay at this historic hotel.
