The staff are great. We were in a bind, our EpiTourean culinary tour was canceled. We didn’t know until we had arrived at the hotel. Cristina was fantastic. She took care of us. We appreciated the gesture and her kindness so much we decided to stay the week anyway. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a lot of variety.

It was a lovely welcome. The whole team was very friendly. I arrived late for breakfast because I'd been jogging, but they still let me in and prepared a delicious breakfast for me. It also has a rooftop terrace with beautiful views.Thank you to the entire team. It was an amazing summer.

The only great thing about this place is its location. The staff is unfriendly and uneducated, both front office and restaurant. Breakfast was a joke. Dry Italian pastries. It is truly an insult to the Italian cuisine. But the worst was the room. Outside it was 25 degrees dring the day, but inside our room it was so hot. Airconditioning did not work. Shower didnt drain and the bathroom turned into a sauna after showering. This place was great 50 years ago, but since then nothing has changed. Maids even walked in an old fashioned maid costume
