This was by far the worst travel experience during the Italy vacation. The room they gave me was over 100 narrow steps to the top of a building I had a knee surgery and asked to be moved lower or cancel the reservation. Both were denied. I told them it was dangerous walking up/down plus it was raining hard. I explained liability if I fell. They did not care. Booking dot com tried to assist but they refused. Service was nasty. No customer service. They did not care about my medical condition of my knee or logistics. The room was smaller than a monk cell. Dank moldy and dark. I have asked booking.com to remove you from their hotel list. I am still trying to get reimbursed even after the manger said he would do it. This hotel is poor and service is not friendly.
