A lovely stay for a first trip to Sestri Levante. The location of Grand Hotel Villa Balbi is absolutely perfect- facing the Bay of Fables and just round the corner from the main streets, where there are loads of lovely restaurants and bars. Breakfast was good, in particular the outdoor breakfast area. The pool area was peaceful- the perfect area to relax after sightseeing. The rooms were slightly dated, but all in all that didn’t affect our stay. Staff were all friendly and helpful too. We absolutely loved Sestri Levante, and would definitely stay here again.
