I’ve called to book a breakfast for three people. I’ve been reassured of availability and prices. I’ve left my name for booking purposes. After a walk with luggages to reach the hotel with all the family group and small children, we’ve been welcomed with an unpleasant surprise. Our phone booking had not been confirmed and in quite cold manners we’ve been said that breakfast wasn’t available for “insurance reasons”. We’ve been asked to leave and left in the street with our luggage. The person at the desk was so unkind that the other female worker was embarrassed and left the desk. This place misses the basics of guests welcoming.
