This hotel was absolutely superb and I really felt valued as a guest here. I wanted to specifically mention Alessandra for making me feel welcomed during my stay. She went out of her way to show me different parts of the city on the map and explain what each part had to offer. She always greeted me with a warm smile and should be recognized for her dedication towards the customer experience.
