The front desk is wonderful, the dinner staff in the restaurant were great, and the spa was fantastic unexpectedly. I highly recommend!!!! Carlo at the front desk always had a smile and was patient no matter how many times I came to the front desk with a question. There needs to be a bit of updating here and there, but it is clean and comfortable. Be sure and stop by the spa and tip well (customary or not), they deserve it. I get massages all the time for stress and pain relief, Giada’s massage was so good, I fell asleep twice and I never do that!!! Seriously! Her flow is amazing. I went back the next day.
