From the moment we arrive, we’re welcomed like family. Simone, Luca, Michaela, Thomas, and so many other wonderful members of the Hermitage team go above and beyond to care for us—always anticipating our needs before we’ve even thought of them. Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine kindness never cease to amaze us. It’s rare to find a place where hospitality feels so personal, so effortless, and so full of heart. Traveling with a large family isn’t always easy, but at the Hermitage, we’re always made to feel comfortable, cared for, and completely at peace. Whether it’s the stunning rooms, the flawless service, the incredible spa, or the delicious cuisine, every element is touched with thoughtfulness and love. A total gem!! We were on a road trip and only wished we stayed here more nights than one. It is such a charming hotel and the staff was fabulous. They were friendly and helpful and made great recommendations for what we should do during our short stay. The setting and views were amazing. The breakfast and service were great. Such a beautiful town and well worth it. In hindsight we wished we stayed here longer and had passed on Chamonix. One of our favorite stops of our trip. Highly recommend.
