Delightful restaurant staff and adequate rooms in a nice setting. Early check-in and a lovely pool made for a nice halt to our cycling day. BUT the overall impression was greatly marred by an uncooperative and obstructive receptionist, Stephanie, who point blank refused us any option to charge our eBikes. Even though I said we were desperately in need of it. This despite there being multiple potential opportunities. The only hotel in three weeks of riding to refuse us a charging facility.
