Location is excellent but rest of the experience was mediocre to bad. They took over two hours to bring our vehicle back to the hotel, disrupting our departure and plans. Staff was unapologetic and unhelpful when we asked what was going on. Food in the hotel was generally poor and overpriced with breakfast being particularly uninspiring. A particularly embarrassing example of this was an 8 euro hot chocolate that came in a kettle with a bowl of whip cream but was very clearly Swiss Miss and ready whip. Would not return.
