My husband and I stayed here during our honeymoon at the end of May and it was exactly what we wanted. The hotel was very quiet and guests kept to themselves. We were welcomed with a complimentary bottle of champagne and wonderful staff. The food at the hotel was expensive but who travels to a different country to eat at the hotel! Breakfast was complimentary and there was plenty to choose from. For lunch and dinner, we walked into town where there was plenty of restaurants. The beach is a golf cart/van ride away but it did not take away from the experience. The wait for the ride was not long and the drive to the beach was interesting a beautiful as you pass through the town. We did not end up going to the dock associated with the hotel, only the beach. Once at the beach, the service there was top notch. Always at the ready to fix your chair and take your order. Since drinks and food are coming from the hotel, it is a bit pricey. However, there is a little shack tucked away behind the roped off area serving alcohol, ice cream and snacks for half the price. The location of the hotel is PERFECT. It is tucked away but walkable to all of the restaurants and the main area of Cannigione. Absolutely recommend this stay.
