Everything in the hotel is great BUT we were told we had to stay in another hotel nearby for the first 2 nights due to an "air con failure". This blatantly wasn't true as we can see others have been moved before for other reasons. If you're overbooked just say you're overbooked! Or fix the problem as this is a reoccurring issue. Other than this, the room and staff were really nice. I liked the food too. Though someone please pay for Spotify premium! It costs less than one of your cocktails.
